Hi, I’m Karen. As your coach, I’m your teammate and here to guide and support you, never to judge. I don’t take your trust in me lightly. Your goals become my goals, and I’m committed to your success.

I specialize in meeting people where you’re at so you can move better, feel better, and live without limitations.

Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain muscle, or train for your first race, I believe in building a strong foundation physically and mentally. Together, we determine a unique path for you that provides progress without negative consequences. I ask for your commitment and honest feedback throughout the process so your program can evolve WITH you.

How does it work?

Step #1 - Book a discovery call. Let’s talk and see if we’re the right fit.

Step #2 - Purchase online or in-person sessions. (You can do that above or below.)

Step #3 - Access ALL your coaching materials online.

Step #4 - Book your call using the link in your coaching materials.

Step #5 - Fill out your health history questionnaire so we can really dive into what’s most important during our call.

Step #6 - Unlock the skills you already have towards a path of moving better, feeling better, and living better!

You’ll receive custom resources based on your goals and strengths within 5 business days. There is no cookie-cutter approach here, so your custom resources may look different from someone else’s.

Together, we’ll determine what makes sense for you and then we’ll send you what you need to apply simple, effective strategies that you can be excited about!

Depending on sessions purchased, there may be follow-up calls/sessions or you may choose to schedule them periodically throughout the year.
