Our Girls Strength & Performance program at New England 360 Fitness in Hooksett, NH is designed for girls in middle school through high school - whether they're dedicated athletes or simply want to build strength and confidence in their growing bodies. Through expert coaching in a supportive group environment, girls develop physical and mental strength while being part of something bigger than themselves. Our small group training sessions provide expert instruction with personalized attention in a fun, empowering environment. Each session includes a complete workout designed specifically for growing bodies: dynamic warm-ups for movement pattern correction, core strengthening, plyometrics and agility work, strength training, conditioning, and mobility work for joint health. As a specialist in training girls through puberty, our programming addresses the unique needs of young female athletes, with special emphasis on ACL injury prevention and safe return to activity after physical therapy. Girls train alongside peers who support and challenge each other, creating a team atmosphere where everyone belongs - whether they play competitive sports or are just discovering their strength for the first time.
